The flowers are tubular with turned back edges. Maybe not as showy in the singular, but each stem unfurls masses of them. Bright green sword like leaves make an attractive collection with deep coral and shrimp pink flowers. Plant in full sun, well drained position beautiful planted as ground cover in large swathes. Keep dry during dormant period, feed lightly with slow release chemical or organic fertilizer on leaf emergence (March/April) and water regularly during active growth phase.
